We invite 21 youth workers from The Netherlands, Poland, Hungary and Croatia to come together to learn about the four directions of The Peace Compass: Peace within, with others, in society & culture and with the Earth.

During the training youth workers will explore community building and peacebuilding through experiential learning in nature, offering a holistic and embodied learning experience. The six-day journey moves step by step — from inner resilience and emotional well-being, to interpersonal cooperation and conflict navigation, to building a Culture of Peace and global perspectives on sustainability and regenerative economies. Each day builds on the previous one, creating a coherent path of learning and transformation.
